Paleo Oatmeal
Hello! :D Here is a Delicious recipe for paleo oatmeal: (The paleo diet is pretty much eating like a caveman.)
For this recipe you will need:
2 eggs
1 can of coconut milk
About 1/8 of a cup of coconut flour
Cinnamon
1/2 a banana
Things you will need:
Pan
Fork/Spatula/what ever you cook eggs with. :P
Bowl
What to do:
1. Crack the two eggs in the bowl and whisk them with a fork.
2. Pour about 1/4 cup of coconut milk into the bowl.
3. Sprinkle in the coconut flour.
4. Mush the banana into the bowl, mix it all up until all the lumps are gone.
5. Mix in a bit of cinnamon until it's smooth.
6. Put the pan on the stove and put some coconut oil in the pan, put it to medium heat, wait until the coconut oil melts. (Coconut oil is about the same as butter but I think it's healthier or something like that. XD)
7. Pour the mix into the pan. Just cook it like scrambled eggs. (Mix it around every now and then)
8. It should cook in about 5 minutes to cook or until it gets a little brown.
Let it cool off for about a minute then eat and enjoy! ;)
